Sonu Sood in Dabangg: Actor Sonu Sood is known for doing intense roles, in upcoming film “Dabangg” he is playing the role of an young politician. But he uncovered that the lead role played by Salman Khan in the film was actually supposed to be played by him. Before Salman Khan came on board, the film was offered to me. Salman’s role of a cop was supposed to be done by me. The role of an young politician was offered to me and I am playing the same, when the lead role was decided to be played by Salman Khan, said by Sonu to IANS in an interview. In the films like ‘Yuva’ and ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ the acting skills of the actor came in the front said by him that he is not afraid to be overshadowed by Salman Khan the superstar.
