Such people should avoid exercises which lead to stress in joints and bones. Trainers recommend total body weight training routine thrice a week to highlight the splendid curves by adding muscle tone and one can perform two sets of weight training per body part with ten to fifteen repetitions per set. Such people should avoid climbing stairs and elevators. Endomorphs should eat more proteins and should not take any kind of supplements.
