Wear right clothes for exercises: While doing any form of sports activity or doing exercises like yoga one should wear comfortable clothes with good fitting whether it is in gym or somewhere else. Wearing comfortable clothes while doing the exercises can put emphasis on the posture and it is good feel factor for the person. In past people did not care much about the clothes which they wear during the exercises but now awareness is increasing among the people and they are adopting the right clothes for the exercises. It is found that men used to do more shopping for the sportswear being more involved in the sports activities and women used to bought less but now trend is changing and females are also interested in wearing comfortable clothes during exercises. Now people are aware of the outfits available in the market which they should wear during the exercises or other such sports activities.
Expert’s advice for clothing: Vinita Shetty is a Reebok fitness trainer, she told that wearing right clothes during workout is very important as these clothes can improve and optimize the workouts which results in the benefit to the person. She said that right clothes gives comfort to the person and provides support which is needed in addition to helping us to maintain an optimum body temperature while doing exercises. She told that if someone is wearing the right clothes then it becomes easy to monitor as they help in highlighting person’s form as well as posture and all these factors lead to better results for the person. Yatharth Sehajpal who is yoga expert from Delhi said that it makes no sense wearing uncomfortable clothes during the workout sessions and one should avoid uncomfortable and stiff clothes as during workout session one need to perform various postures so for that it is necessary that a person is wearing comfortable and loose clothes which can also absorb sweat. Andreas Gellner is managing director of Adidas India also have same views about clothes during the workout sessions and said that people in India are becoming more conscious for clothes with time.
Colors and type of clothe matter: Colors of the clothes plays vital role as well so one should select right color too. Yatharth Sehajpal told that light colors like pink, beige, white etc. are suitable for performing yoga exercises as these are pleasing to eyes and they absorb less heat as well. Colors like black, blue and white are basically popular colors among the buyers of the sports wears while there is also high demand for bright colors as well. She told that one should wear comfortable clothes and the type of clothe one wear also matters. One should avoid the synthetic type of clothe as they don’t absorb sweat. She gave preference for wearing the cotton or semi cotton clothes during the workout session as they absorb the sweat and provides comfort as well.Share
