Sachin in revised ‘Mile Sur’:  The very popular song ‘Mile Sur mera Tumhara’ had won the hearts of millions of Indians in 1990s. Every body liked it at universal level even. By reviewing the responses of the song the makers of the Song Mile Sur… are planning to re-make the revised version of the same by featuring the Cricket Superstar- Sachin Tendulkar and some more Cricket stars. The new version ‘Phir mile Sur’ which was earlier launched on January 26^th, has received the mix responses from the public as well as critics approximately equivalent that the song is quite long and participation of bollywood stars is comparatively more. So because of this reason the makers of the song are planning to compose the shorter version with some different effects in it. But, as per the news agencies it is in rumors that the video which is currently on air is with out featuring any Indian cricket team member, whereas it was also heard that the new version is supposed to be featured with the Cricket star Sachin Tendulkar. But, Kailash Surendranath, the ad film maker stated that he will soon shoot the song with Sachin Tendulkar. So let’s hope to see Sachin Tendulkar, the Cricket Star in the edited version of ‘Phir Mile Sur’.

‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’: Mile Sur Mera Tumhara is the song which was liked by the most of the Indians. The song was first featured on 15^th August 1988, which is theamed around the Unity in diversity. Through the song ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’, the makers of the song presents the different languages and people of India sing or hum together which shows the unity in diversity even. The song was only picturised in Doordarshan only sought after some programmes.The song includes the famous film stars, top musicians, cultural icons and sports stars which has shown its effects in the new millennium India. The song is so popular and famous which is one of the highest searched videos in You Tube. But some of the people stated that the song is too long i.e. 16 minutes, people cannot sing together for such a long period of time. Some are saying that the Original song Mile Sur Mera Tumhara was more popular due to its good rhythm, which is missing in new version. So as a result, the public opinion is that it is a pathetic remake of the remarkable and fantastic song which is very good picture of diversity and unity of the country, it has really dis-appointed the many. But, one of the praiser of the latest version song says that it has honored the brave soldiers of the country which has missing in its original version.

The different views about the Song ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’: As per the most of the people of India, the song was conceived for encashment of  its popularity and for spreading the message of Unity and Diversity in a fast globalizing and upgrading country- India. The Bollywood stars have been taken in the song for its more popularity and fame, the stars from Aamir Khan to Amitabh Bachan are involved in the song. Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachan and Aishwarya Rai Bachan are also seen in the song. So many of the people say it is more of a bollywood masala song than a song which unifies India. Similarly, it is also been objected by the people that sportsman were not been taken in the song, importance to the sportsman especially to the cricketers not being given. The Super Star, India’s biggest Icon of Cricket- Sachin Tendulkar was also not being taken for the song was also a big issue raised by some the people of the country. Some says that the new version is totally out of tune unlike the old song or original song. Few of them says that North East part of the country has been over looked whereas the earlier video has represented all the states of the country. But, few of the residents stated that why only bollywood is initiating for the impotant activities of the country, it seems only bollywood has to do something in India why not the legends like; Dr. Kalam, Abhinav Bindra, Vijender are to be presented at the place of bollywood.

Tendulkar as Icon of Country: Sachin Tendulkar is today’s most desired or wanted player of cricket. People would not like to watch any of the cricket matches without Sachin tendulkar. Tendulkar was born on 24^th April, 1973 in Mumbai. He played his first match at the young age of 15 only on 11^th December 1988 for Bombay against Gujarat and scored 100 not out and made him first Indian young player to score 100 for first class debut match. He was introduced and picked by the Mumbai Captain Dilip Vengsarkar after watching his remarkable performance and finishing the season as Bombay’s highest run-scorer. After making an unbeaten century in Irani-Trophy, he was selected for the tour of Pakistan after just one first class season. But, he played his first international Test Match in 1989 at the age of 16 only, where he made 16 runs but his handling of bowls were noticed by every one. He has broken almost all the  records of cricket and has also earned a big and great name ‘Master Blaster’. He has made 45 centuries in one day international career and 46 centuries in test cricket.
