Far from the wedding crowd: It is very famous and well known that marriages are made in heaven, but the cost of managing them is too high. If we go as per our Indian heavy tradition then we may have to pay a lot with a big and heavy crowd and bill. As per our Indian tradition and fashion the girl’s parents have to bear all the expenses of the marriage rituals so the marriage should be planned accordingly. Most of the people want to show the lavish stylish wedding party in order to envy the neighbors and relatives just for the show-off purposes, whether they have to spend lakhs of bugs for the same. Today, if we arrange our marriage party (fat /healthy) in any of the good or 3 star to 5 star hotels it costs near about 60 to 70 lakhs which may or may not be affordable for the bride-family because as per Indian Culture, Bride-side (Parents) have to bear the expenses of the marriage party. Secondly,it’s really very difficult to arrange the night stays and other comfort arrangements for the guests’ especially heavy families.
Destination Weddings: The concepts of destination weddings are better than the fancy hotels or any other costly arrangements in city only. It’s practically economical to arrange the marriage in some outer areas destinations like- Fiji or haveli or any out-house resorts. These Resorts are comparatively very suitable and soothing for all the ceremonies of Marriage- like haldi, mehndi, sangeet, etc, we can arrange these special occasion traditional functions in a very special way in a spacious and away from the crowded and polluted cities. Even the guest may enjoy the freshness and site seeing along with the marriage function. Function arrangement in these out destinations and resorts also gives the royalty and status to the host families. That’s why today prefer conducting their functions in these places away from the city areas and crowded, less spacious hotels.
Indian Weddings: In India unlike other countries, marriages or weddings are very colorful and bright events. They are really a big event or affair almost with 200 to 1000 people attending this function. Indian weddings include several rituals, traditions and celebrations, which continue for several days, like- Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet and many other rituals according to the families’ traditions. Although our country, India contains many religions but most of the wedding customs are common among Hindus, Sikhs and Jains. These Customs are the mixture of local, religions and family traditions. Traditional Indian Weddings are mainly divided into three parts as, pre-wedding ceremonies, wedding day ceremonies and the third and final part is the vidaai, which is common in every religion of India. Though most of the marriages in India are arranged but in certain urban areas people have love marriages too.Share
