Brett Lee to miss second match in a row through injury
It seems the beginning of the Australia is not working good for them. After that they lost the second match for which the captain Ricky Ponting regrets. Now another bad news for them is that the Australia strike bowler Brett Lee will miss the third one day international series. The match will be played on Saturday October 31, 2009 against India. But it is bad luck of the Australian team that their one of the best bowler will miss this match which ultimately affects the whole situation. Brett Lee is one of the best players of the team and his absence from the team at this very important time effect the whole team. Australian cricket team really nervous because of his absence from the team as he is one of the bowler that can change the whole game in one go.

Lee was injured from elbow and so he did not take part in the second match of the seven days series. India won that second match and the series tied with one-one each. At that time it was expecting that he will be fine for the third match after taking proper rest, but he is still unable to play as he is not fully recovered from his elbow strain. According to captain of the team Ricky Ponting he has still bit pain in his elbow and so he is not completely alright to play. He still needs some time to recover. Although it is not good for us, but his health comes first and we really hope that he will be perfect before the fourth match of the series and will join us in the future matches and perform very well. The whole team wants him to be perfect very soon.

Brett Lee is one of the strike bowlers of the Australia cricket team who has a very fine record of playing in the team. His absence really disturb the team and the other squad members are feeling little bit less confident as they already lost one match because of his absence and now they don’t want to loose another match. But unfortunately they have to play the third match in his absence. This will really down their morale, but the captain support them and want that they should play better to get lead in this seven day series as at this time both teams tie on one each. The third match of the series will play tomorrow in Feroz Shah Kotla stadium at Delhi. According to news, Brett Lee would return home in between the series to consult specialists about their injury.
