Recession- A Threat: Recession is a word which always threatened every employee as well as employer. Recession means no openings, no jobs that means total crisis in the business. Past few times was not good in this point of view as in that period people had faced this problem and did not find out the way to come out. Even the matter was so critical that MNC’s had to cut out their staffs. Recession was affected very much to these big companies. These companies decreased their staff members because of this and no new employee had been appointing in recession period. Seriously that was really worse period for the entire diploma, degree holders who completed their studies and was excited to get the job. But the situation was just reverse or against them due to which they become disappointed a little bit.

Recession Is Over

Hiring new employees will be top priority post recession: But thanks to God, now recession period is over and all the employees have great opportunity for them. According to a survey, now the aim of the US companies is to hire employees. According to this, there are almost 30 percent or more companies who want to increase the staff. There are 21 percent companies that want to raise the salaries of their present employees and there are about 15 percent companies that want to reinstitute bonuses. These all are good symptoms for the current employees and for the job seeking persons. As the business conditions are improving so there is need of skilled professional to handle this. This is the statement given by CEO Max Messmer of financial recruitment service Robert Half International. He said that to improve the business, now there is need to take initiative to hire skilled people so that they have helped to gain profit.

Survey Report detail:  Survey concludes that 15 percent of 150 senior executives said that they want to spend more on their employees and five percent wants to spend to enhance benefits. But still there are some executives (near about 16 percent) who do not want to increase spend rather the economy has improved so much. According to this survey, in this time the unemployment in US is 10 percent and it is the highest rate till now from past 25 years. The CEO Max Messmer suggests that companies should focus on the existing employees to enhance their skills so that they performed well during this period. He also gave some tips like manager should give reward to those employees who hold their responsibilities very well and perform the entre task and took the responsibility during those hard days of recession. This reward is not necessary should be in monetary time, it can be any other ways too.
